You have been invited to complete an aviation psychological assessment as part of your recruitment or training selection process. The assessment has been specifically designed for aviation and is administered by a qualified Aviation Psychologist using validated assessment methods.

Before you begin. Please complete the assessment independently, honestly, and without assistance. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and sufficient uninterrupted time.

Your assessment results may be shared with the organisation that invited you to complete the assessment, where applicable. Please note that completing the assessment does not guarantee acceptance into a training programme or employment.
