Frequently asked questions

If you don't find your question below, get in touch — Aleksandra replies personally within one working day.

What's the difference between the ab-initio and qualified-pilot assessments?

The ab-initio assessment is for aspiring student pilots — typically used by flight schools as an entry screen, or by candidates wanting to verify their suitability before investing in training. The qualified-pilot assessment is for licence-holding pilots who need a psychological evaluation for employment, in line with EASA.CAT.GEN.MPA.175(b) — typically requested by airlines or operators. Both cost €490 and include online psychometric testing plus a 20-minute interview / consultation with Aleksandra.

How long does the assessment take?

The online psychometric battery can be completed at your own pace, usually in 1–2 days. The interview / consultation that follows lasts 20–30 minutes. Reports are typically issued within a few business days of the interview.

How do I pay?

Currently, by bank transfer to our company account at ING Bank Śląski. After you submit the enquiry form, you'll receive an email with the IBAN, reference code, and step-by-step instructions. We don't accept PayPal. Online card payment is being added shortly.

What happens after I pay?

Once we confirm receipt of your wire transfer, we send you (1) your personal licence code for the online assessment platform and (2) available dates for your interview. You complete the tests online, contact us to pick an interview slot, then receive your report + completion certificate after the interview.

What's KSA100 and how do you help?

KSA100 — Knowledge, Skills and Attitude — is the EASA-mandated 100-hour competency module in ATPL programmes. Many flight schools implement it poorly as a tick-box online quiz. We design KSA100 programmes anchored in observable behaviour, with proper assessor training and structured assessment methods. We work with ATOs as a consultant and trainer.

Is your assessment EASA-compliant?

Yes. The Qualified Pilot Assessment Package issues a certificate compliant with EASA Regulation (EU) 2021/1963 and AMC.CAT.GEN.MPA.175 requirements, accepted by airlines and operators for First Officer and Captain selection.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. All paid assessments include a written report with feedback and a completion certificate. The certificate is suitable for presentation to your operator or flight school.

What if I don't pass the assessment?

Assessment outcomes are nuanced — there's rarely a binary pass/fail. We provide developmental feedback you can use to strengthen weak areas. For flight school entry assessments, the school makes the admission decision. For operator assessments, you and the operator discuss next steps directly.

Do you offer well-being support for crew or organisations?

Yes. We design tailored well-being programmes for airlines and flight schools — stress and fatigue management, resilience training, peer-support structures, and one-to-one psychological support where appropriate. Get in touch to discuss your situation.

Can you speak at our conference or run a workshop?

Yes. Aleksandra speaks at international aviation conferences and runs workshops on Human Factors, well-being, KSA100, CBTA, and pilot selection. Available on-site and online. Send an enquiry with your event details.
