1. Scope
These Terms apply to any individual or organisation that:
- Visits the mywingman.eu website;
- Submits an enquiry or assessment form;
- Purchases any service we offer; or
- Receives services from us under a separate written agreement (which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict).
2. Services
We provide aviation psychology services — psychometric assessments, KSA100 implementation support, CBTA programme development, workshops, and well-being services for pilots, flight schools, and airlines.
Specific service descriptions, deliverables, durations, and prices are set out on our website and/or in the individual order confirmation we issue upon a purchase.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in EUR and are VAT-inclusive where applicable under Polish tax law. Headline service price: 490 EUR.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer (SEPA/IBAN) to our account at ING Bank Śląski S.A. Online card payment is being added; once active, this section will be amended.
Services commence after payment has been received in our account. Where a service involves third-party platform access (for example, an external psychometric platform), access credentials are issued only after payment confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refund
Consumer right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827), you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason, by sending a written withdrawal notice to [email protected].
Loss of withdrawal right. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has been fully performed with your express prior consent, or where you have been informed that you will lose the right to withdraw once the service has begun. This includes, in particular, the issuance of access credentials to any third-party assessment platform and completion of the online assessment.
Cancellation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, prior unresolved disputes, or where we are unable to perform the service for reasons beyond our control. Any payment received in such a case is refunded in full within 14 days.
5. Your obligations
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering or using our services.
- Comply with all applicable laws when interacting with the website and the services.
- Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the website or our systems.
- Not use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The website content (text, images, design, logos, marks) is owned by or licensed to Dutch Aviation Services Sp. z o.o.. 7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in question.
