MyWingman is a specialist
aviation-psychology practice
supporting pilots, cadets, flight schools,
and airlines across Europe and worldwide.
We combine aviation expertise, psychological science, and EASA-aligned methodology so every assessment, programme, and well-being engagement reflects the real operational environment.
The practice works with flight schools, private operators, and airlines internationally — helping shape safer, smarter ways to select, train, and support aviation professionals. Beyond assessment, we provide well-being support that helps people manage stress, build resilience, and maintain mental health in a demanding, high-responsibility environment.
Our team includes Aviation Psychologists accredited by, or working in accordance with standards recognised by, the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP) — with experience in pilot selection, psychological assessment, Human Factors, and aviation training environments.
Our team is led by founder and lead aviation psychologist Aleksandra Kapela — EAAP-accredited Aviation Psychologist, international speaker, author, and specialist in pilot assessment, Human Factors, crew wellbeing, and aviation psychology.
With over a decade of experience in pilot assessment, Human Factors, and psychological well-being, Aleksandra has worked with individuals and organisations across the global aviation industry — from ab-initio cadets taking their first assessment to airlines building selection and training programmes.
Aleksandra and the MyWingman team regularly deliver keynote presentations, workshops, webinars, and training sessions for airlines, flight schools, aviation organisations, and industry conferences worldwide — covering Human Factors, pilot psychology, selection and assessment, crew well-being, fatigue and resilience, KSA100, CBTA, aviation mental health, and leadership.
Both on-site and virtual delivery options are available. Contact us to discuss your event requirements.
All assessments are conducted and reviewed by qualified Aviation Psychologists with experience in pilot selection, psychological assessment, Human Factors, and aviation training environments. Every enquiry is reviewed personally by our team.
We work with pilots, flight schools, airlines, and aviation organisations across Europe and internationally — and every engagement, from a single candidate assessment to an organisation-wide programme, is grounded in evidence-based practice and the standards recognised by the EAAP.
Book an assessment, request a workshop or consulting engagement, or just get in touch — our team reads everything personally.
