Flight schools select on more than exam results. Selection looks at how you think under load, how you hold a picture of a moving situation, how you work with another person in a cockpit, and how you behave when something does not go to plan.
This is a psychological assessment of those qualities, specific to aviation. It is administered using validated methods by a qualified aviation psychologist — not an automated score, and not a personality quiz.
It is not a medical. It does not replace or affect your EASA Class 1 aeromedical certificate, and it is separate from the aeromedical mental-health assessment your AME performs.

Those are aptitude test platforms. A flight school or airline licenses one, you sit it as part of their selection, and they receive a score. They measure multitasking, spatial orientation, mental arithmetic and psychomotor coordination, and they are good at it.
This assessment is a different instrument. It is conducted by an aviation psychologist and covers the areas EASA identifies for flight crew assessment — cognitive ability, personality, operational and professional competencies, and the social competencies underlying CRM. The output is an interpretation of you as a candidate, not a percentile.
The two are complementary. If you are preparing for a COMPASS, Aon/cut-e, ADAPT or PILAPT test as part of a school's selection, this helps you understand your own profile going in — but it is not a practice run of those platforms, and one does not substitute for the other.
